Mrs. Simons Lemon Chess Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 Tbsp. cornmeal
    1 Tbsp. lemon rind, grated
    1/4 c. melted oleo
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    1/4 c. sweet milk
    dash of salt
Preparation
    Start eggs beating; add 1 cup sugar.
    Mix 1 cup sugar with cornmeal and flour.
    Add to eggs and sugar.
    Add last 5 ingredients.
    Pour into large unbaked pie shell and bake 10 minutes at 400\u00b0, then turn oven to 325\u00b0 and bake until firm and nice brown.
