Applesauce Raisin Nut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. butter or margarine
    2 eggs
    2 c. applesauce
    2 c. raisins
    3 1/2 c. flour
    2 tsp. soda
    dash of salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. allspice
    2 c. nuts
Preparation
    Cream sugar and butter until fluffy. Add eggs and beat well. Add applesauce and raisins. Stir dry ingredients together and add to creamed mixture. Fold in nuts. Bake in angel food cake pan at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until toothpick comes out clean when stuck in cake.
