Instant Bread And Butter Pickles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. vinegar
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. turmeric
    1/2 tsp. celery seed
    1/2 tsp. mustard seed
    4 c. cucumbers, sliced thin
Preparation
    Put all ingredients in a pan, except cucumbers.
    Bring to a boil and drop in 4 cups cucumbers.
    Boil 3 to 5 minutes.
    Put into sterile jars and seal.
    Makes about 2 pints.
