Mexican Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. water
    3 c. rice (uncooked)
    4 Tbsp. oil
    1 c. tomato juice or sauce
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. chili powder
    2 tsp. bouillon or soup base
    1/2 c. onion
Preparation
    In large frying pan, heat oil on medium heat; add rice and brown.
    Add tomato juice or sauce; heat about 2 minutes.
    Add salt, pepper and bouillon, or base.
    Pour in water.
    Stir well; add onion and chili powder.
