Pepper Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 1/ 1/2 lb. flank steak, cut into thin strips
    1/4 c. oil
    1/2 tsp. garlic
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch plus 1 c. water
    2 green peppers, thinly sliced
    1 onion, cut into thin rings
Preparation
    Stir-fry vegetables in oil until tender-crisp.
    Remove from wok or skillet.
    Cook steak in oil with seasonings.
    When steak is done, add vegetables and stir-fry until hot.
    Serve over hot rice.
