Pot Roast Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean hamburger
    2/3 c. evaporated milk
    1/3 c. fine dry bread crumbs
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 tsp. dried parsley flakes
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 c. catsup or chili sauce
    3 medium potatoes
    3 medium onions
    3 medium carrots
Preparation
    Combine
    hamburger,
    salt,
    milk,
    crumbs,\tcatsup, Worcestershire sauce and pepper.
    Shape into loaf in center of 9 x 13-inch
    pan
    that is foil lined.
    Peel and slice 1/4-inch thick the
    potatoes
    and\tonions.
    Peel and quarter lengthwise the carrots.
    Mix
    parsley
    flakes,
    1 teaspoon salt and a few grains of\tpepper.
    Place vegetables in layers around meat and sprinkle each layer with part of salt mixture.
