Chicken-Corn Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 5 lb. cut-up chicken
    2 qt. water
    2 tsp. salt and pepper
    few celery leaves
    1/4 tsp. saffron
    1 medium onion
    2 c. noodles
    2 c. fresh corn
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    2 eggs, hard-cooked and chopped
Preparation
    Combine first 6 ingredients and simmer until chicken is tender.
    Remove chicken, debone and return to stock.
    Add noodles, corn and parsley; simmer for 15 minutes.
    Drop in chopped eggs and serve.
