Mint Chocolate Chip Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. finely crushed mint cream filled chocolate sandwich cookies (about 18)
2 to 3 Tbsp. margarine, melted
3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
3 eggs
1/2 to 1 tsp. peppermint extract
1/4 tsp. green food coloring
1 c. mini chocolate chips
1 tsp. flour

Preparation

Preheat oven to 300\u00b0.
Combine cookie crumbs and margarine. Press firmly in bottom of 9-inch spring-form pan.
