Italian Casserole - cooking recipe

1 lb. hamburger
1 small onion
1 large can mixed vegetables (frozen can also be used)
1 small can tomato paste (6 oz.)
1 large can tomato sauce (12 oz.)
1 large pkg. Mozzarella cheese
1 can Hungry Jack buttermilk biscuits
margarine
oregano
Preparation

Brown hamburger and onion; drain.
While the hamburger is cooking, open the can of biscuits and butter one side.
Cut the biscuits into halves and put aside.
Add tomato paste and tomato sauce to the hamburger and simmer for 15 minutes.
Remove from heat and add 3/4 package of Mozzarella cheese and can of mixed vegetables.
Mix well so that cheese is well melted.
