Joan'S Cream Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. water
    1/2 c. margarine
    1 c. sifted flour
    4 eggs
Preparation
    In saucepan, heat water and margarine to boiling point.
    Stir in flour.
    Stir constantly over low heat until mixture leaves the pan and forms into a ball (about 1 minute).
    Remove from heat. Cool.
    Beat in 1 at a time, the 4 eggs.
    Beat mixture until smooth and velvety.
    Drop from spoon onto ungreased cookie sheet.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes or until dry.
    Allow to cool slowly. Makes 8 large puffs.
