Earl'S Easy Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 large potatoes
1 medium onion, grated
1/2 tsp. celery seed
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. Russian salad dressing
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1/2 c. diced celery
2 hard-cooked eggs, chopped

Preparation

Cook potatoes in their jackets.
While still warm, cut potatoes into bite sized pieces.
Add seasonings and dressings. Mix until well blended.
Chill and serve.
