Blackberry Roll With Egg Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    cinnamon
    dots of butter
    5 Tbsp. flour
    4 c. blackberries (fresh or frozen and thawed)
    nutmeg
    1 unbaked oversized pie shell
Preparation
    Mix sugar, flour, nutmeg and cinnamon.
    Toss gently with blackberries.
    Pour into pie shell.
    Dot with butter and fold the extra crust over the berries.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for about 45 minutes. Cool and serve with egg sauce.
