Apple Raisin Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. all purpose flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
2/3 c. packed brown sugar
1 c. rolled oats
1 1/2 c. grated apple
1/4 c. chopped walnuts or pecans
1/4 c. raisins
2 eggs
1/4 c. milk
1/4 c. vegetable oil
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Grease and flour one 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 inch loaf pan.
In a large bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, brown sugar and oats.
Add apple, nuts, raisins, eggs, milk and oil.
Blend until dry ingredients are moistened.
Bake for 55 to 60 minutes, or until done.
Cool on wire rack.
