Zucchini With Mushrooms - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. zucchini
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 lb. mushrooms or canned product
1 large onion, chopped
4 Tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Preparation

Cut zucchini in 1/2-inch slices and then cut them in half. Slice mushrooms thin (if fresh ones).
Melt butter in large frying pan.
Add all but parsley.
Saute, uncovered, until tender. Sprinkle with parsley at serving time.
Serves 6.
