Ginger Creams - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. dark molasses
    1 c. shortening
    1/2 c. sour milk
    1 egg
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. ginger
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Cream sugar and shortening together.
    Add egg; mix in flour, soda, spices and sour milk.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 in small pan until toothpick comes out clean.
    Use a buttercream icing.
    Cut in 2-inch squares.
