Red Kidney Bean Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) can kidney beans
    1/4 c. wine vinegar
    3 Tbsp. olive oil
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. sliced celery
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    lettuce cups
Preparation
    Thoroughly rinse and drain kidney beans.
    Combine vinegar, oil, oregano, salt and pepper; mix with beans.
    Blend in celery and onion; chill.
    Serve in crisp lettuce cups.
