Broccoli Corn Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 (10 oz.) pkg. broccoli, chopped
1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
4 beaten eggs
1 c. cottage cheese
1 stick melted butter or margarine
1 medium onion, chopped
1 tsp. salt

Preparation

Mix all ingredients.
Pour into greased 9-inch, 2-quart casserole.
Bake for 25 minutes at 400\u00b0.
