Sunday Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can tomato sauce
    2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1/2 lb. ground sausage
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 onion, chopped fine
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 (6 oz.) pkg. stuffing mix
Preparation
    Combine 1/2 can tomato sauce, mustard, brown sugar and vinegar in bowl; blend well.
    Set aside.
    Mix beef, sausage, eggs, onion, salt, pepper and stuffing mix with 1/2 can tomato sauce.
    Shape into loaf in a shallow baking pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour, basting with the prepared sauce every 15 to 20 minutes.
