Swedish Meatballs In Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 beaten egg
1/4 c. milk
3/4 c. soft bread crumbs (1 slice)
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
1/4 c. snipped or chopped parsley
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. ground mild pork sausage
Preparation

Mix well with hands and form into 30 meatballs.
Place on ungreased cookie sheet and bake at 375\u00b0 for about 25 minutes. (Cut one open to see if it is cooked inside.) These may be made ahead of time and frozen.
