Miracle Pecan Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 egg whites
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sugar
19 Ritz crackers, crushed
1 c. pecans

Preparation

Beat egg whites until stiff. Add baking powder, vanilla and sugar.
Add Ritz crackers and pecans.
Pour into highly greased pie pan.
Bake 35 minutes at 325\u00b0.
Serve with whipped cream or Cool Whip.
