Egg Noodle Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (12 oz.) pkg. egg noodles
2 Tbsp. melted margarine
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1 can Cheddar cheese soup
3/4 c. milk
2 c. diced ham
1 (4 oz.) jar sliced mushrooms
1/2 c. sliced black olives
sliced almonds
Preparation

Cook and drain noodles. Set aside. Saute celery, pepper and onion in the margarine a few minutes; add salt. Mix soup with milk, add the vegetable mix; add ham, mushrooms and olives. Add all to noodles and put into a baking dish. Sprinkle some sliced almonds on top and bake for 25 minutes at 350\u00b0.
