Shoe Peg Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
3/4 c. vinegar
1/2 c. oil
1/2 tsp. pepper
salt
1 can French green beans
1 can petit peas
1 can Shoe Peg corn or white corn Niblets
1/2 c. diced celery
1 c. chopped onion
diced green pepper
1 jar diced pimento
Preparation

Boil and cool the sugar, vinegar, oil, pepper and salt. Drain remaining ingredients.
Mix and let stand overnight before serving.
