Cranberry-Apple Mold - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. raspberry-flavored gelatin
    3/4 c. boiling water
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
    1 (16 oz.) can whole-berry cranberry sauce
    1 Red Delicious apple, unpeeled and coarsely grated
    1 Tbsp. grated orange rind
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. ground cinnamon
    dash of ground cloves
Preparation
    Dissolve raspberry-flavored gelatin in boiling water and let cool.
    Stir in next 7 ingredients and spoon into a lightly oiled 4-cup mold.
    Cover and chill until firm.
