Teriyaki Grilled Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. skinless, boneless chicken breasts
2 Tbsp. cooking sherry
2 Tbsp. cooking oil
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
3/4 tsp. ground ginger
Preparation

Preheat grill.
In a shallow dish, combine soy sauce, sherry, oil and ginger.
Place chicken in marinade and let stand 5 minutes on each side. Grill until browned on both sides and cooked through, about 7 to 10 minutes a side.
