Rose Honey - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. honey
    1/2 c. fresh rose petals
Preparation
    Bring honey to boil in heavy saucepan.
    Do not allow to boil over.
    Turn off heat as soon as starts to foam.
    Stir in rose petals.
    Let mixture sit for 4 hours.
    Bring to boil again.
    Turn off heat.
    Cool honey in pan.
    Pour honey through strainer after cool.
    Discard rose petals.
    Store in covered jar.
    Makes 1 cup honey.
