Lemon Bars - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. butter
1/2 c. powdered sugar
2 c. flour
4 slightly beaten eggs
6 Tbsp. lemon juice
grated rind of 1 lemon
2 c. sugar
1/4 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
Preparation

Cream the butter; add powdered sugar.
Mix in flour.
Blend well with electric mixer and spread in a 9 x 13-inch ungreased pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
