Torta Di Patate(Potato Cake Or Gatteau) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. ground beef (can use also cubed chicken or turkey)
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    chopped Spanish olives
    1/4 c. milk, warmed
    1/2 stick butter or margarine
    bunch of scallions
    4 large potatoes
    Parmesan cheese, shredded Mozzarella cheese and cumin
    salt, black pepper, nutmeg and paprika
    bread crumbs
    hard-boiled eggs
Preparation
    Boil potatoes; peel and mash.
    Add warmed milk, salt, black pepper, nutmeg, chopped parsley and Parmesan cheese.
    Saute scallions and ground beef.
    When almost cooked, add chopped green olives, salt, black pepper and cumin.
