Chocolate Syrup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. cocoa
    1/2 c. milk (or use 3 Tbsp. dry milk powder and 1/2 c. water)
Preparation
    Stir ingredients together.
    Bring to a boil over high heat. Lower heat and simmer until thick.
    Serve over buttered biscuits or toast for a breakfast treat.
