Vic'S Coconut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1 c. raisins
    2 c. skim milk
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. shredded coconut
    1 Tbsp. margarine, melted
Preparation
    Combine all dry ingredients and mix well. Add in milk and margarine; mix until blended well. Add coconut and raisins. Pour mixture evenly into loaf pan or 9-inch round pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 30 minutes or until a knife stuck in the center comes out clean.
