Bonnie'S Baked Fish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. fish fillets, thawed
1 Tbsp. melted margarine
1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp. dried thyme leaves
1/4 tsp. salt
1 lemon, cut into wedges or slices
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Place fish fillets in 8 to 9-inch baking dish.
In small bowl, combine margarine, mustard, thyme and salt. Spread mixture over fish.
Cover dish with foil.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.
Serve with lemon wedges or slices.
