Almond Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. diced chicken
1 c. rice, cooked
1 c. celery, diced
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can milk
1/4 c. mayonnaise
Preparation

Boil chicken until tender.
Remove bones and cut or tear into small pieces.
In a bowl, mix together soup, milk and mayonnaise with a wire whip.
Add chicken, rice and celery; mix well.
Put in 13 x 9-inch dish and cover with the topping.
