Sequoyah Stew - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 (14 1/2 oz.) can tomatoes or 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 c. uncooked noodles
2 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
1 small onion, chopped
Preparation

Chop onion; grate cheese and set aside.
Brown ground beef; add onion and cook until onion is clear.
Add tomatoes or tomato sauce.
Add noodles and cover pan.
Cook on low for 10 minutes until noodles are done.
Add Cheddar cheese and cook until melted.
