Vegetable Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small potato, peeled & cubed into eighths
    3/4 cup green beans, cut into 2-inch pieces
    3/4 cup small-sized okras
    1/2 cup green pepper, cut into strips
    3-4 finger-hot peppers, whole
    1/4 squash, peeled and cubed
    1/4 eggplant, cubed
    1/2 cup cauliflower florets
    1/2 cup baby carrots, halved lengthwise
    1/2 cup frozen peas
Preparation
    Sprinkle vegetables with salt and a pinch of turmeric and stir-fry each vegetable group individually (except peas) in 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil, adding more oil as needed between vegetables. Transfer all the veggies to a big bowl and mix in the peas.
    Set aside.
