Ingredients

2 c. cooked rice
1 c. drained unsweetened crushed pineapple
1/4 c. raisins
1 Tbsp. vanilla
1/2 c. frozen orange concentrate
1 banana
Preparation

Mix rice, pineapple and raisins in a bowl.
Whiz remaining ingredients in a blender and add to rice mixture.
Mix well.
Pour into an 8-inch square baking dish.
Cover with foil.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1/2 hour.
May be served hot or cold; 292 calories per 1 cup.
