Swedish Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. hamburger
    1/2 pkg. soda crackers, crushed
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 egg
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
    1/4 c. celery
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 envelope Lipton onion soup mix
    1 3/4 c. water
    Kitchen Bouquet (for color, if desired)
Preparation
    In a bowl mix the first 8 ingredients well. Roll into balls about 1 1/2-inches.
    Place in a large frypan and brown. Drain. Stir in the mushroom and chicken soups.
    Add the onion soup mix and add the water.
    Add a little Kitchen Bouquet for color, if desired.
    Simmer on low heat for about 45 minutes. Serve over potatoes.
