Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. onion
    1 c. celery
    2 sticks margarine
    4 c. uncooked rice
    2 heads broccoli, stemmed or 2 large pkg. frozen
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    32 oz. Velveeta cheese
Preparation
    Saute onion and celery in margarine.
    Cook rice according to directions.
    Mix sauteed vegetables, cooked rice, broccoli and cream of mushroom soup.
    Chop Velveeta in pieces and add to the mix.
    Cook 10 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Stir, then continue cooking for 20 minutes.
