Microwave Glazed Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large carrots
    3 Tbsp. packed brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. margarine or butter
    1 Tbsp. water
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. ground cinnamon (optional)
Preparation
    Cut carrots into long thin strips.
    Set aside.
    Combine brown sugar, margarine, water, salt and cinnamon in 2-quart casserole. Microwave at High until margarine is melted, 45 seconds to 1 minute and 30 seconds.
    Stir to blend.
    Stir in carrots until coated.
    Cover and microwave at High until carrots are tender, approximately 5 to 8 minutes.
    Stir once midway during the cooking process.
