Peanut Butter Krispie Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. white Karo syrup
    2 c. peanut butter
    8 c. Rice Krispies
    1 large bag chocolate chips
Preparation
    Cook sugar and syrup over medium heat until sugar dissolves (do not boil).
    Add peanut butter and mix well.
    Pour mixture over Rice Krispies in a large bowl.
    Spread in large pan.
    Sprinkle chocolate chips on top; then put in a warm oven just long enough to soften the chocolate chips; spread chocolate over the bars. When cool, cut into bars.
    Refrigerate.
