Cheese Pancakes(Latkahs) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. dry pot cheese or dry curd cottage cheese
    3 beaten eggs
    1 c. milk
    1 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Add eggs to milk and cheese and beat until smooth.
    Add sifted dry ingredients and mix until batter is thick but can be poured. Again, cook like potato pancakes; drop onto hot oil and cook until brown on both sides.
    Serve with sour cream, applesauce, fruit jams or just powdered sugar.
