Broiled Fillets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. fresh fillets
    1/3 c. hickory flavored barbecue sauce
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    3 Tbsp. instant minced onion
    2 Tbsp. pineapple juice
Preparation
    Place fillets in a single layer in a well-greased baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients and brush fillets liberally with sauce.
    Reserve small amount of sauce for basting.
    Broil about 4 inches from heat for 10 to 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
    Baste once during broiling.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
