Caesar Salad Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. olive oil
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 egg (yolk only)
    1 good size squeeze anchovy paste
    squeezed lemon
Preparation
    Mix together in wooden bowl. Toss with lettuce (romaine), cut up. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
