Cheese Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1/4 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1 c. milk
    1 c. cheese (Velveeta works best)
Preparation
    Melt
    butter in saucepan over low heat.
    Blend in flour and seasonings.
    Cook over low heat stirring until mixture is smooth and
    bubbly.
    Stir\tin
    milk;
    boil and stir 1 minute. Stir
    in cheese.
    Cook and stir over low heat until cheese is melted.
    Pour over vegetables.
