Marinated Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head cauliflower
    1 bunch broccoli
    1 large red onion
    1 large Vidalia onion
    1 c. sliced carrots
    1 pkg. sliced radishes
    4 or 5 cucumbers, sliced
    1 c. sliced celery
    1 small bottle Zesty Italian dressing
    sugar
    black pepper
    vinegar
Preparation
    Slice cauliflower and broccoli into bite size pieces.
    Cut onions into bite size pieces.
    Slice cucumbers, carrots, radishes and celery in large bowl that has a cover to it.
    Add Italian dressing.
    Pour vinegar in dressing bottle and add a bottleful of vinegar.
    Sprinkle plenty of sugar (may use substitute) and pepper. Let set at least overnight.
    Stir and serve.
    The longer it sets, the better.
