Pizza Piena - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sifted flour
    4 heaping Tbsp. shortening
    4 large eggs (reserve 2 egg whites)
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
    Sift flour; cut in
    shortening.
    Add
    4 egg yolks and 2 egg whites, salt and pepper.
    Mix well;
    if dough is too firm, add a few drops of water.
    Cut 2/3 of the dough for the bottom crust to fit the bottom
    and
    up
    the
    sides
    of a deep 9-inch round pan with a 1-inch rim.\tRoll out remaining dough for the top crust and set aside.
