Creamed Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium size potatoes, cooked
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. white vinegar
    2 Tbsp. water
    3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    3 Tbsp. sour cream
    2 Tbsp. sweet relish
    green olives
    1/2 tsp. white pepper
    green pepper slices
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    2 hard-boiled eggs
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
    2 to 3 green onions, finely chopped
Preparation
    Cook potatoes in salted boiling water until tender.
    Cool. Peel and dice.
    Sprinkle with salt and mixture of vinegar and water.
