Stroganoff Beef Burgers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/4 to 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
3 or 4 slices bacon, diced
1/2 c. diced onion
1 1/2 Tbsp. enriched flour (or self-rising)
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. paprika
dash of pepper
1 can (10 oz.) cream of mushroom soup
1 c. dairy sour cream
Preparation

Brown ground beef and bacon.
Add onion.
Cook until tender (onion) but not brown.
Drain off excess fat.
Blend flour and other seasonings into meat mixture.
Stir in soup.
Cook slowly (low), uncovered 20 minutes.
Stirring frequently.
Stir in sour cream and heat through.
