Fried Zucchini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. zucchini, cut into 1/2-inch slices
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 eggs, well beaten
    about 1 c. corn meal
    hot vegetable oil
Preparation
    Sprinkle zucchini with salt and pepper.
    Dip into egg and dredge in corn meal.
    Fry zucchini in hot vegetable oil over medium heat until golden brown, turning once.
    Serve hot.
    Yields 4 to 6 servings.
