Raspberry Meatball Surprise - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. beef, pork, veal
2 Tbsp. butter
1/2 c. onion
1 egg
1/4 c. milk
1 1/2 c. Italian bread crumbs
1 3/4 c. half and half
16 oz. jar tomato sauce
1 small jar raspberry jelly

Preparation

Mix all ingredients except half and half; add when all else is mixed.
Bake in oven for 25 to 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Remove; add sauce and jelly and simmer for 1 hour.
