Carrot Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. carrots, pared and sliced
    1/3 c. brown sugar
    1/4 lb. (1 stick) butter or margarine
    1/4 lb. Velveeta cheese
    12 Ritz crackers, crushed
Preparation
    Boil and drain carrots, put in a 1-quart baking dish. Sprinkle with brown sugar.
    Melt margarine and Velveeta together and pour over carrots.
    Top with cracker crumbs and bake 1/2 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Delicious.
