Sweet And Saucy Apricot Ribs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 lb. fresh pork spareribs
    2 tsp. minced garlic
    salt and pepper
    1 c. apricot preserves
    1/2 c. orange juice
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
Preparation
    Rub garlic into meaty side or ribs. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and place in a single layer in a large shallow baking dish. Pour 1 cup water into a pan and cover tightly with a lid or foil. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
